I was born in Bridgeport CT on March 25, 1969. I have 2 sisters and a brother. I am the middle child .With that comes alot of responsibility.
My father was in the military so we did move around some during my childhood. We lived in Kodiak Alaska until I was 14. We then moved to Chesapeake VA, where I finished HS.
During my Junior year I met the love of my life, my soul mate, Rob. We met on a blind date, set up by my youngest sister. Shortly after I graduated, I moved back to Kodiak so Rob could finish the last 2 years he had left in the Navy. When he returned we packed up and moved to Philly, where he is from. Soon after we moved to Philly, Rob got a job and off to Greenland he went!!
When he finally came home, off to California we went. This is where we got engaged, married and had our most precious joy ever; our son. I now call him "the man-child", as he is 5'11" and sounds just like his father.
We've moved around a few times, finally ending up back in VA with our son Nick. I am currently working at the middle school that Nick attended as a Special Education Paraprofessional, and I can't imagine doing anything else!
We have had our ups and downs, but I can't imagine our life turning out any differently. Things turned out the way they were supposed to, and I am grateful they did.
